1. Software cannnot working?

Please provide the order number and tell us the details of the product not working including error prompts and product screenshots. Our technicians will help you to address this problem.

2. Software cannot download audio?

Step 1. Make sure the network environment works normally.

Step 2. Check the URL you copied from online video address is right.

Step 3. Make sure the video is not protected and the website of this video is supported by our software.

Step 4. Click the menu, got to Help>Open Log Folder, then it will automatically open the log file. Please compress the Log folder and send to us.

3. How to check the downloading speed?

After you paste the URL on software, the downloading process begins, you can see the downloading speed on the process bar.

4. How to find the downloaded files?

Go to Downloaded Tab, right-click on the target media content and choose the "Show the Files" option, then it will automatically open the folder for the downloaded files.

5. How to uninstall the software?

Go to the software file on your computer, then find the setup/uninstall file, click it then the software will be deleted from your computer.
